1 Start
- Share implementation framework with the institution / corporation’s administrators and contacts
- Identify the goals and demarcating specific outcomes
- Tie dates to those outcomes and schedule implementation meetings
- Administrators and instructors have been trained and are at ease using the system
- Remaining issues are addressed and the institution is ready to launch
2 Build
- Create new content (done during training) and convert/import old content into Edvance360
- Assess conversion needs
- Prepare and propose practical solutions that we can take to build out and/or convert your content
- Demonstrate and train administrators on using our import tools
3 Populate
- Populate the system with learners, instructors, course, and term information
- Demonstrate ways you can manually and batch-load information
- Implement our optional Advanced Enterprise Integration (AEI) module (SIS integration and SSO) for those who have opted for it
- Discuss best practices and lessons learned that may help smooth the data integration process
- Schedule follow-up meetings and answer any remaining questions
4 Test
Occurs once content and data are imported
- Test the system by offering a pilot run with a specific subset or group of people
- Gather feedback from the group
- Address any remaining issues and schedule follow-up meetings
5 Launch
Steps 1-4 have readied administrators, instructors, and learners for launch
- The implementation framework has been completed
- Content has been built and converted/imported
- Data population objectives have been met
- Administrators and instructors have been trained and are at ease using the system
- Remaining issues are addressed and the institution is ready to launch
