So the tutorials may vary slightly if you have changed the terminology. For example, if you prefer the term "trainer" versus "faculty" you can make that change. Account/User Profile

E360 Tool Quickstart Guide Video Description
Announcements Messages that appear on Course and Community homepages as updates or other important announcements that can be marked as read and archived on user's Dashboard in "Notifications".
Calendar An individual and shared tool for users and facilitators to track reminders, events, and due dates. Detailed calendar fields allow for color coding, RSVP, live meetings and more.
E360 Live Live events with integrated webinar tools (whiteboard, chat, screenshare) created via the Calendar.
Class Limiting A tool which allows facilitators and admins to set a limited or max number of users (seats) per course for self registration. Waitlisting also available.
Common Cartridge IMS Global standard format for importing/exporting course packages. Edvance360 is Common Cartridge 1.0 compliant.
Course Notification Agents Automated notifications created by facilitators based on criterion such as scheduled tasks, thresholds and content alerts that can be easily cloned. Notifications can be sent to other facilitators, learners or teaching assistants.
Course Building Mode Course designers have the option to set the course they are currently building in a "Course Building Mode" to prevent "Notifications" (bell icon) from showing every change they make in the course as they build it.
Course Introduction Video (Included in Course Settings: Other video)
Video that displays on the course homepage as an introduction or visual description of a course's objective or mission.
Attendance Tracker & Import to Attendance Tracker (Course Gradebook)
An optional feature within the Edvance360 Course Gradebook tool which allows Facilitators the option to track user attendance based on created course meeting dates. The tracker includes features for editing, exporting, and the addition of bulk attendance creation, and can be made visible to Learners within their Scores module.

Rubrics (Course Gradebook) The Edvance360 Rubric tool allows Facilitators to provide constructive feedback to learners on completed assignments (papers, presentations, videos, pitches, responses to role-playing, etc.) This out-of-the-box grading feature helps standardize scoring or rating based on (customized) rubric criterion. To set it up, Facilitators will first define the criteria on which the assignment will be graded - usually obtaining to objectives, then set the rating scale, and create feedback. 
Badges (Course Settings) Edvance360 provides a free integration with Credly, Open Badges. This enables clients to create their own custom badges, save them, set them for training completions, and share them via the LMS as well as social media sites.
Details (Course Settings)  A customization area which allows Facilitators to define the Course purpose or description and it's access dates, as well as upload a personalized Course Intro Video or Logo/Icon for users to see upon entering their Course homepages.
LTI (Course Settings) The IMS Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI) standard prescribes a way to easily and securely connect learning applications and tools with learning management systems.
Modules (Course Settings)  By default when creating a new Course, all optional course applications (such as Lessons, Discussions, Chats, Dropbox, etc) will be set to the Active Status. The Modules area of Course Settings will allow Facilitators to either activate or deactivate all of the tools of their choice via a dropdown box. There are also options to sort order any and all Modules left in the Active status
Other (Course Settings) The primary area for customization of Course settings, where Facilitators choose any tool via drop-downs to further define tool permissions, options, restrictions,  requirements, tracking, and the visibility of those tools to the Learners of that Course.
Offline Reporting (Course Settings) Course specific settings related to Offline Reporting.
Course Content Start and End Dates Management of the availability and access to content within a Course.
Discussion Boards`` Communication tool for graded or non-graded interaction allowing commenting, private feedback from instructor. Users can comment, edit, delete and report abuse depending settings by instructor.
Dropboxes Tool for instructors and learners to exchange files. Once an instructor has reviewed the assignment and uploaded it for the learner to review, the learner will receive an email that their assignment is ready for review.
Groups Users have access to group specific file-sharing folders and discussion boards. Additionally, they can publish their material to share with others.  Groups have access to their own Discussion Forums, calendars, file-sharing, and other tools.
Lessons Lessons provide instructors with the ability group content and setup learning paths that can be sequential or non-sequential. Also allows instructors to track learner progress and determine if learners are spending a significant time on a topic.
Quizzes/Tests  
Course Reports Track learner data individually, at training leves, and company-wide to allow for assessment and compliance of the learning environment.
Course Evaluations  
SCORM Edvance360 is SCORM compliant. IMS Global Standard format, SCORM is a collection of standards and specification for online learning.
Surveys Surveys allow instructors to ask participants questions and track the results either anonymously or not.  Questions can be open dialog questions and/or rated/multiple choice questions, which are customizable.
Teaching Assistants  
Types of Content Provides an overview of the variety of content that can be added to lessons. For example, videos, documents, tests, etc.

Wikis The instructor creates the topic, and from there learners can collaborate together to create a definition by adding and editing content. The learner can then be graded on his/her addition if desired

Edvance360 has an integrated Certificate Suite. The Certificate suite provides the ability to create, print and store certificates for professional development. Instructors can print certificates and mail them to users or users can print their own certificates from their Grades or Records Tab.
E360 Navigator E360 Navigator enables administrators to create an intake form that allows the learner to select their interests, then matches those interests with courses and lessons on those topics. The learner can then take those courses at will, often earning a badge to be shared across the enterprise and on social media, which can be motivation in itself.

Cloning Tools Administrator/Staff can easily clone surveys and training evaluations, trainings, and entire terms Terms can be cloned only by administrators, however instructors can clone their own individual training. Once a training or term has been cloned, the content does not need to be uploaded again since it all points back to the personal or global repositories. Once a term/training has been cloned, the administrator/instructor can then go and use the Start & End Dates tools within the training, to quickly set up the dates for the new term/training.

Offline Training Report; add "proof"       Users may now upload "proof" of any completed Training acquired outside of the LMS for approval from Direct Supervisors.
