Introduction
Chris has many years experience in various facets of Real Estate investing, including investor relations, financing and property management. With a personal focus as a mortgage broker, Chris has been involved in the financing of countless Real Estate transactions, including residential, commercial and investment properties. He has extensive experience with credit analysis and repair. As a mortgage broker, Chris’s expertise centered on loans that are a challenge to finance, including selective investment properties and first time home buyers with less than perfect credit.
Sharing hard won knowledge about the ever changing Real Estate market became a passion of Chris’. He always believed that our society did a poor job communicating critical information about credit and how to consistently maintain a positive credit score. As a result, Chris began to publish articles and evangelize the information that he felt the common layman needed in order to be able to buy and sell Real Estate. Chris has been a featured columnist in 5 nationally recognized monthly financial publications.
In addition to his focus on financing real estate transactions Chris has served as a coach and mentor to investors from around the world. He is able to use his sales background and experience in the Real Estate industry to teach new investors how to navigate the tumultuous waters of Real Estate.
Before Real Estate
Before being involved in real estate, Chris was a national sales manager in the advertising sales industry. He grew up in Milwaukee, WI and moved to Orlando, FL in order to seek out more career opportunities. He has achieved success in many sales capacities and is able to draw on this experience both as a Real Estate investor and as a successful coach.
Coaching Style
Chris has a passion for helping others. The many years that he spent in sales taught Chris the art of the sale. This is one of the most critical components that Chris has found missing in Real Estate transactions with novice investors. He invests a lot of time and energy with his students, and expects that they do the same. He has the ability to tailor his coaching style to the needs of the student, directing the conversations where the student stands to gain the most knowledge. Chris is able to relate to the challenges his student’s experience, as he has personally faced many of these in his own Real Estate transactions.
